You can park your dog here!

January 25, 2015

 Dog day!
One big thing about our move was that it included our pets. And it's just as important that our dog, Zelda, settle in as any of us!

The cover photo on this one is our downstairs neighbor's dog, a sweet little thing! She and Zelda, and the neighbor's other dog, get along really well in the yard
But we also already have a favorite dog park!

That is a Corgi. They're super smart, super cute, and built like overweight weiner dogs, so the fact that is little charmer was SO EXCITED to play fetch just melted our hearts.

Even Zelda's, she sacrificed her frisbee to the cause!

How can you say no to that face?

How can you say no to those faces??

This beast, on the other hand, kept breaking our frisbee, so he didn't get to play. This is Loki, and he was a charming old Malamute, but HUGE.

 …Not too bright though.
Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of of the *two* full-grown Saint Bernards that were at the park this fine day. I was too busy petting them. And petting one of those is like going swimming in your favorite couch. I mean, WOW!

And, we went back for the bridge - this was a rematch!

And a much, much nicer day too. Mid 60s, not much wind, everybody and their mother was walking the bridge that day

Jen, posing next to the ever confusingly inside-out pavement-side directions

Right Stay, I said! Right Stay! Stop coming after me!!

Don't know who she is, but we sure hope Thania got the message

Doesn't look all that nice here, but it was absolutely beautiful!

And we ended the day walking into the sunset!
